Join us for our annual Hannah G Solomon Humanitarian/Woman of the Year Award Celebration! These awards are given each year to leaders in our community who embody the spirit of our NCJW founder and, to section members who do outstanding work for our section, respectively. This year, we are celebrating Carmen Allen, President & Executive Director of Beyond the Sanctuary, as our Hannah G. Solomon Humanitarian Award recipient, and Rikki Brodsky and Lisa Vangellow as our Women of the Year.
The National Council of Jewish Women (NCJW) is a grassroots organization of volunteers and advocates who turn progressive ideals into action. Inspired by Jewish values, NCJW strives for social justice by improving the quality of life for women, children, and families and by safeguarding individual rights and freedoms.
