Spread the Love

For a number of years in February, NCJW, GRS has partnered with the 5th Street Block Club to provide warm gloves, hats, socks and candy for youth and adults in our community. We are once again asking for your help with this event. You may drop off hats, gloves and socks at the P.A.D. Party at Temple B’rith Kodesh on January 24th, or you can drop off items to Jane Amstey by February 10th. If you prefer to order items online, please order from our Spread the Love Amazon Wish List.

There will be an assembly event to put the items in draw string bags at the Gantt Community Center on Saturday, February 11th at 11 am. On Saturday, February 18th at 11 am, we will meet again to distribute the bags to residents in northeast Rochester. If you are interested in helping at either of the events, please contact Jane Amstey to RSVP. She can provide details for the donations, assembly and distribution events.
