At the height of the Cold War, a gutsy group of British and Irish women defied the Soviet Union to champion the rights of persecuted Refusenik Jews seeking liberty in Israel. These extraordinary women organized daring protests, smuggled aid behind the Iron Curtain, and partnered with a covert Israeli agency supporting Soviet Jewry. Through interviews with key women from the movement and other prominent figures like Natan Sharansky, archival footage, and vivid storytelling, this inspirational campaign spotlights the transformative power of grassroots activism.
